Easiest Bread Ever
I got this recipe from and friend and totally love it! It’s so quick to make that you can make it every day with no fuss.
The version in the photo uses a mix of wholemeal and rye flours, but you can use any combination you like. Using white flour will make the bread fluffier and softer, but wholegrains are your healthier option. Try adding some seeds, herbs or sourdough starter.
- 6 cups flour
- 3 cups water
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Cover with cling film and leave overnight.
- Preheat oven to 230℃.
- Put your dough on an oven tray and place in the oven.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
