Hummus is such a great idea for a snack. It perfect as a dip for veggies, bread, or crispbread. It’s also ideal as it is so quick and easy to make.

  1. 1 can beetroot
  2. 1 can chickpeas
  3. 2 garlic cloves
  4. 1 tablespoon tahini
  5. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  6. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  1. Drain and rinse the beetroot and chickpea.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Season and serve.
