When I first started writing this blog I wanted it to be a clean, well researched empirical resource for people who want to have a healthy lifestyle. I found it very difficult to write articles and add recipes as that style isn’t like my relationship with food, and it doesn’t link to the way my brain is processing all I am learning.

So I changed the format of my blog. From here on out the articles will be about what I’m learning as a chef, as a person who eats, and from the reading I do related to the genre. It will be much more personal, and may be later contradicted by something new I learn. This blog will be my story, as true as I can tell it, and I’ll do my best to make it as accessible as possible to readers.
